Delete your HoloSeek account
How to request deletion
Send an email to hola@holoseek.app from the email address associated with your HoloSeek account, with the subject "Account deletion request". Include your account email in the body.
Request deletion via emailWhat gets deleted
- Your profile, friend connections, and event memberships
- Your location history
- Any tracked objects you own or shared
- Your authentication record
What may be retained
- Records required by law (e.g. billing/tax records related to past purchases)
- Anonymized or aggregated data that no longer identifies you
Timeline
We process deletion requests within 30 days.
