Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the HoloSeek mobile application, operated by Claudio Heldt Alonso ("we", "us"). By downloading or using HoloSeek, you agree to these Terms.

Location & safety notice: HoloSeek shares your real-time location with people you choose and displays their position through your camera (AR mode). GPS and AR guidance can be inaccurate and are provided for convenience only. Always stay aware of your surroundings — never rely on the app while driving, crossing roads, or in any situation that requires your full attention, and never use it to track or approach anyone without their consent.

1. Use of the app

You may use HoloSeek for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it in any unlawful way — including to locate, follow, or harass anyone who has not agreed to share their location with you.

2. Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from within the app or as described on our account deletion page.

3. Location sharing

Your location is only shared with people you explicitly authorize — confirmed friends or participants of an event you join. You can turn off sharing at any time using "Private mode" in the app. How we handle location data is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Subscriptions and payments

HoloSeek offers a free tier and optional paid subscriptions ("HoloSeek Premium"), available as a monthly or annual plan.
Subscriptions are billed through Google Play and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Google Play account settings.
A one-time "founder" price, when offered, applies to the annual plan as described at the time of purchase and remains at that rate while the subscription stays active.
Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Refund requests are handled by Google Play under its policies.

5. Intellectual property

The app, its name, design, and content are owned by Claudio Heldt Alonso and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the app without permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HoloSeek is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including as to the accuracy or availability of location and AR features. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the app, from inaccurate location data, or from the actions of other users. You use the app at your own risk.

7. Changes to the service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app at any time. We may also update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute shall be subject to the competent courts of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have.
